TRAC DC BOW AND STERN THRUSTERS

TRAC bow thrusters can be powered by DC motors and, thanks to their counter-rotating blades, optimize losses due to rotational motions of water in the tunnel.
Counter-rotating blades made of NIBRAL, axles made of AQUAMET, high power usage times, mechanical seawater sealing systems, and a particularly accurate technical design are just some of the features that make them the best in class.
Thrust modulation of these propellers may be ON-OFF or proportional via joystick or another interface to be defined (e.g., special interface for hydro jets).
Protective grids can be fitted to avoid the dangers associated with lines or semi-submerged bodies.
