The SAIM Group 2020 Convention took place at the Alfa Romeo Historical Museum in Arese on January 24th.
This year, after introducing the results and future objectives, an interesting and fun quiz held by the well-known actor and trainer Fabrizio Fontana overwhelmed us with his humor and involved us in a team game.
Also this year was celebrated, as per SAIM tradition, the 25th anniversary of our colleague Teresa Giangualano , and was also given an award to Antonio Renzetti, head of SAIM Marine, and to Michelangelo Di Gregorio – until 2018 head of SAIM Industrial – for the commitment and excellent sales results of the last few years which have contributed to the extraordinary economic and financial results of the past three years.
We thank all our colleagues and collaborators for their warm participation in the event and for the interest shown during the visit to the Museum.
We hope that the Convention in the coming years will always be a precious moment of training and sharing.
This year SAIM Industrial exhibited KUBOTA engine V3800 and its multi-fuel development WG3800 at ECOMONDO in Rimini from 5th to 8th november.
The KUBOTA V3800 industrial engines match high performance and technology with excellence in emission compliance.
The Common Rail System (CRS) realizes NOx & PM reduction, efficient combustion, and better performance.
Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) make: PM(Particulate Matter) traps, Passive/Active regeneration, and cleaner exhaust.
Engine Control Unit (ECU) allows proper engine management ensuring excellent performance and low fuel consumption.
Kubota’s WG3800 engines are designed on Kubota V3800 diesel base-engine which is known worldwide as one of the most reliable industrial engines.
They are high performance, compact and quiet engines, and their four versions (gasoline, LPG, natural gas and bi-fuel) are a good solution for customers who need fuel flexibility for their products.
The Boat Shows in Cannes, Genoa and Monaco are over and we can say that the presentation of the new products distributed by SAIM Marine had been successful.

The convention has then continued with the celebration of two 25th years anniversary of Ms. Cinzia Campolucci and Mr. Luciano Banfi and with the private guided visit to the museum.
On January 19th 2018, all the employees of SAIM Group met at Palazzo Giureconsulti to attend the Convention entitled: “SAIM – IN.CO.FIN – SAIM Europe: relaunch or transition?”.
The meeting was focused on the developments and perspectives of the Company.
At the end, a moment of interaction and relax among the colleagues, which took place from three different italian offices.
A beautiful day of sharing experiences between Management and employees, wich reinforced the corporate identity and kept in mind the common objectives.
